Mark Ludwig has over 35 years of experience playing and performing the Guitar and Bass Guitar. As one of Bluebond Guitars’ teachers, he brings his professional expertise to students of all levels. Right after high school Mark played in several bands, including “Fuzzy Bunny Slippers,” and covered hit songs of the time at clubs and bars. Charlie Heim graduated from The University of the Arts in 2008 with a Bachelor of Music in instrumental jazz performance, and a minor in music education. After graduate study in music education at Penn State University, he returned to Philadelphia to pursue a career in performance and teaching. Charlie has had the pleasure of performing on four continents in a multitude of settings, including big band jazz at the Montreux Jazz Festival, innovative stage productions in Liverpool and Tokyo, and community drumming and education in Botswana. Marci Ludwig, Bluebond Guitar’s Vocal Teacher, pursued her love for music through a more traditional approach. At a young age Marci joined her church choir, where she discovered her talent and love for singing and performing. She received a Music Education degree at Radford University and set out on her path to musical success. In 2005 Marci joined the Big Shore Band “Fuzzie Bunny Slippers” and worked her way up to Lead Vocalist. Currently, Marci is Lead Vocalist for one of Philadelphia’s most popular wedding bands “Back 2 Life,” a children’s performer for Music Monkey Jungle, and a Vocalist teacher at Bluebond Guitars.

Elizabeth Ross Radigonda is an Assistant Professor at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. She graduated from the University of the Arts with a Masters of Music in Jazz Studies in December of 2007. In January of 2008 she joined their music faculty. In September of 2015 she became a full time Assistant Professor and currently teaches Musicianship, Jazz Musicianship, Jazz Vocal Improvisation, private lessons, and runs the jazz singers ensemble. She is also involved in the Universities common core curricular committee, as well as being an academic advisor. Mike Caughlin has 40 years of guitar experience, both professionally and personally. Mike is Bluebond’s renowned guitar, bass, ukulele and mandolin teacher with a focus in Blues, Rock, Jazz and Country music genres. Mike studied under some of Temple University’s most renowned teachers including Ed Flanagan, Tom Giacabetti and Steve Giordano. He played in the Blues band, the Blackhawks, who were regular favorites at Philadelphia musical haunts such as Fergie’s Pub, 12 Steps Down and Sals on 12th Street. As a teacher, Mike has 35 years of experience shaping artists into professional performers. So influencial and inspiring to his students, many have gone on to tour in bands across Philadelphia and nation wide. With close to three decades in the music business under his belt, John Faye brings considerable experience to the Bluebond Music School Band Program. John was the front man and creative force behind The Caulfields, who were signed to A&M Records in the mid-90’s and toured internationally. John’s creative output in his major-label and independent music career has yielded 13 records, 3 with The Caulfields, and the rest with his bands John Faye Power Trip, IKE (both JFPT and IKE featured fellow Bluebonder Joann Schmidt), John & Brittany (who had success on Sirius XM’s Underground Garage channel), and his most recent solo project John Faye & Those Meddling Kids. John also teaches songwriting at Drexel University, and is currently writing a memoir about his life and music career.
